What Would You Give

The holidays are in full swing, and we are hard at work on cards! You're probably starting to get holiday cards in the mail. This one may be the most important mailings you'll get this season. It is the direct mail for CASA of Maury County Inc Annual Giving Campaign. This campaign centers around giving and the most important gifts of the season. While in the giving spirit, think about what you would give to have a peaceful home, loving family, an advocate who cares about your well-being and hope for a brighter future. These seem like things most of us have, but for some children in Maury County, these gifts are not possible without the help of an organization like CASA. They advocate for abused and neglected children, and volunteers help give them a voice. GIVE to CASA and you are giving children the greatest gifts one could receive. Visit www.casaofmaurycounty.org to donate. #whatwouldyougive

A Fall BBQ

Last night, we had the chance to attend our first Bethesda Backyard BBQ for my daughter's school. It was a great event, and I was honored to create the graphics for the event.

It's Beginning to Look Like A Lot Like Christmas!

It's beginning to look like Christmas at the robin E designs studio as we jump into some holiday projects! I was honored to be able to design the 28th Annual Columbia Main Street Christmas Parade flyer, postcard and logo. This year the theme was "Underneath the Tree" and the above was the final pieces. Hope you will make plans to attend this fun event in Columbia, December 1st at 7 p.m.

A Sweet Announcement

I enjoyed creating this birth announcement for one special sweet girl...my newest niece. Meet Addie Holloway. She is sure to melt your heart and make you smile.

The Cowboy, Pirate and American Girl

I haven't been the best at keeping up with this blog; however, I have been busy working on new designs every day. Most just haven't made it to the blog. I will start here with a couple of fun designs I recently did for some kids birthday party invitations. Always fun when you get to work with sweet faces like these!!

A New Boutique

I always love working with a new store to create a logo. This particular boutique is in my hometown, and I was excited to partner with them on the new logo. She wanted something that incorporated a firefly of course, but also a mason jar. Above was our final creation.
How cute are these cookies she had made for the grand opening? This is a variation of the logo I provided for stickers, bags and things like this. I love that they could get them printed on edible cookies!! And the best part...they tasted yummy too!

A Perfectly Eclectic Boutique

This logo was for a store in Columbia who needed an update to their logo. They wanted something timeless and classic that they could use for many years to come. Above was the finished product, and I think we achieved her goal! Best wishes to this awesome boutique. You should check it out...you'll find a good mixture of "perfectly eclectic" things.

An Oldie but Goodie

For the past 7 years, I have had the pleasure of working with NHC-Hillview in Columbia to create the graphics for the annual Summer Songwriter's Night. This one is particularly special this year because the event is held at my grandmother's house and she recently passed away. She loved having events at her house and seeing people enjoy her property. As you can see in the photo below, her place has a lot to offer in terms of natural beauty!

For this year's event, we stuck to the branding we've done with the website www.summersongwritersnight.com and brought back an old favorite with the invitation. You may remember this from several years ago. We re-created 2 years ago in black and did again with a redish black guitar this year. It is a fun event and worth checking out. You will not regret attending.

Small Town Jam

Columbia, TN may be a small town, but it sure has some great music events. I have worked on some graphics recently for 3 events. I am behind on my posting so one already happened, but this one is this coming weekend!

This logo is for some friends of mine who put on an outdoor music event in Columbia. They wanted to capture an outline of his stage in the logo, as that is the signature piece to their events. This is the final they decided on and will make its debut this weekend at the show. If you are looking for something fun to do this weekend, come check out the event Sunday, May 25th at 5 p.m. featuring Scott Holt and the band Dilemma. Visit them on facebook https://www.facebook.com/smalltownjam?ref=br_tf for more information on this event.

One of My Favorite Websites

Seems we are all mindful of what we eat these days, but have you thought about what is going in our babies little mouths? One of my most recent clients, Macro Mama Baby Food, has put a lot of thought into it and creates fresh and natural baby food from garden to high chair. I recently completed this website design for her www.macromamafoods.com which is a healthier alternative to store-bought baby food.

This was a fun one to create. The first thing that came to mind with their logo was the book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, so I had the idea to use circles to emulate a caterpillar. And so the Macro Mama website was born. Stay tuned to learn more and watch it grow! :)

Boutique Clothing Website

I just finished up this e-commerce website for a local women's clothing boutique. She offers stylish and affordable clothing for women of all ages. I had fun creating this one and will definitely have fun shopping it! Check out the design here!
